1066은 장비를 손상시킬 수 있는 피크 및 과전류를 방지하여 주는 프로세서로서, 압축, 리미터 기능을 통해 고르지 않은 레벨을 부드럽게 처리하고 고가의 앰프와 스피커를 보호합니다. 또한 선택 가능한 입력 및 출력 미터링을 통해 레벨별로 일치하는지 확인 할수 있고 VCA는 매우 낮은 왜곡과 잡음 특성을 유지 합니다.
